Intro to Multiply

What Multiply is, how it's organized, what you can do with it and what's new. The one page to read before anything else.

Written by Oskar Malm Wiklund

Multiply is an AI platform built for agency teams. You give it your clients, briefs and files, and it researches, plans and writes alongside you, so you spend less time gathering and more time on the thinking. Works best when finding new business, doing pitch prep, working out briefs, finding insights and coming up with strategy, creative brief, and all the way up until creative hand-off to production.

In practice, that means:

  • Multiply knows your clients. Each client gets a workspace with their brand, files and meeting notes, so every piece of work starts with the right context and you never have to re-explain it.

  • It keeps you up to date. Every week, Multiply researches what's happening around your clients and their markets, and suggests briefs you could pitch.

  • It does the groundwork. Ask for a competitor scan, a campaign plan, a media list or a first draft of copy, and you get a sourced draft back in minutes.

How it's organized

  • Workspace - one per client or brand. Holds client context and files, and researches the client every week.

  • Project - one per campaign or engagement. Holds the brief, files and research topics.

  • Task - one piece of work, done in a chat with Multiply.

  • Block - the output of a task: a report, a plan, copy or a deck.

Everything set higher up is available below it, so you only add context once. Read more in How Multiply is organized.
