What are Workflows?
A Workflow is a Task that runs on a schedule. Write a prompt, set when it should run, and Multiply takes care of the rest. Good for anything your team does on a regular cycle: media monitoring, competitive research, weekly reporting, and similar recurring work.
Creating a Workflow
Go to Workflows in the left sidebar.
Click New workflow.
Give it a name.
Write your instructions — this is the prompt Multiply will send at the start of every run.
Set the frequency, start date and time, and timezone under Triggering.
Press Save.
Inside a Workflow
Once saved, your workflow page shows the instructions, a Details panel with the schedule and next scheduled run, and a Runs log with the status of each past run. Click the link icon next to any run to open the Task it created.
You can Run now to trigger it immediately, Turn off to pause it, or Edit workflow to update the instructions or schedule.
Shared Workflows
Currently, the output of all workflows is private, even though the workflow settings are shared within the organization. This means that the output from your workflow will be private to begin with and won't be visible to others. Soon, we're updating the permissions and sharing capabilities of workflows, allowing for easier sharing.
