Organization Settings

Organization settings is where you tell Multiply about your organization.

Written by Marco Carlson

Organization settings is where you tell Multiply about your organization. Set your profile and instructions once, and Multiply uses them as context across every project and task.

Getting there

Open the sidebar and go to Organization settings.

You'll find two areas: Profile and Instructions.

Profile

Your org profile is where you add basic details about your organization: who you are, what you do, and any other context that helps Multiply understand your business.

Instructions

Organization-wide instructions let you set rules that Multiply follows in every piece of work it produces. This is where things like tone of voice, house style, preferred terminology, or standard ways of working belong.

For example, you might add:

  • "Always write in British English"

  • "Use sentence case for headlines"

  • "Never use the word 'utilize'"

These instructions act as persistent context. Rather than repeating yourself at the start of each project or task, you set them once and Multiply applies them throughout.

Who can edit this?

Organization settings are managed by admins. All members can see the profile and instructions, but only admins can update them.

Why it matters

What you tell Multiply about your organization makes Multiply better at producing work that sounds like you. Profile and instructions together mean every task starts with your context already in place.
