Organization settings is where you tell Multiply about your organization. Set your profile and instructions once, and Multiply uses them as context across every project and task.
Getting there
Click Org settings in the sidebar. Under Organisation context you'll find two fields: Profile and Global instructions. Click Save when you're done.
Profile
Your profile is where you describe your organization: who you are, what you do, and any other context that helps Multiply understand your business.
Global instructions
Global instructions are rules Multiply follows in every conversation across the organization. Use them for tone of voice, house style, preferred terminology and standard ways of working.
House-style examples:
"Always write in British English."
"Never use long dashes. Use commas or full stops instead."
"Use double quotation marks, with punctuation outside the quotes."
"Use sentence case for headlines."
"Default to short answers and offer to go deeper."
Language rules:
"Reply in the language the user writes in."
"Write all client-facing copy in Swedish, but internal notes in English."
Adding a full style guide
Global instructions work best as short rules. For a full style guide, create an agent and attach the guide to it:
Click Agents in the sidebar, then Create, and describe the agent, for example "House style editor. Checks and rewrites copy to follow our style guide."
Open the new agent and add the style guide on its Files card.
Add a global instruction such as "Check client-facing copy with the House style editor agent."
Who can edit this?
Everyone in the organization can see the profile and global instructions, but only admins can change them. Others see "Only organisation admins can edit these settings." To make someone an admin, contact your Multiply contact or support.
Good to know
When you write in another language, block titles may still come out in English.
