Intelligence

Give a Project context and a brief, and Multiply will automatically generate insights and suggest tasks to get you started.

What is Intelligence?

Intelligence is the layer in Multiply that turns your project context into something you can act on. When you upload files and write a brief prompt for a Project, Multiply automatically analyses that material and surfaces structured insights alongside suggested tasks — so you can move from brief to work without having to figure out where to start.

How it works

  1. Open a Project and add your context — upload all relevant files, such as briefs, research, whatever you have or do not have, Multiply will analyze it

  2. Multiply analyzes the material and generates an intelligence overview, visible in the right panel of the Project page

  3. On the left shows auto-generated task drafts based on that context — ready to start, edit, or discard

Intelligence runs automatically when the project is set up and reruns whenever you add more files — so the overview stays current as your context grows.

The four areas of analysis

Intelligence is always structured around four areas, regardless of how much context has been provided:

  • Audience — who you're speaking to, their behaviours, needs, and expectations

  • Brand — what the brand stands for, its positioning, tone, and identity

  • Culture — the broader cultural landscape relevant to the work

  • Category — the competitive and market context the brand operates in

Each area surfaces Gaps (what's missing or unknown) and Opportunities (directions worth exploring). These sit within the relevant area rather than as separate sections.

You can add Gaps and Opportunities from the intelligence overview directly as task drafts. Click the add button next to any Gap or Opportunity to turn it into a task you can start when you're ready.

You can open up each area of analysis to get all the details.

Task drafts from intelligence

Intelligence generates task drafts automatically and surfaces them in the middle, and these are the actions Multiply recommends based on your context. Click any draft to start that task immediately.
