Every project has a Drafts list: the tasks Multiply thinks you should do next. It builds them from the project's brief, its intelligence areas and the tasks already done, and keeps them current as the project changes.
Where to find them
Open a project. Drafts sits below the prompt box, above Recents.
Use a draft
Play starts the draft as a new task in the project. The draft then leaves the list.
X dismisses a draft you don't need. It won't come back.
Click a draft's text to read all of it.
Up to five drafts are shown. Click Show more to see the rest.
When drafts update
Multiply suggests new drafts after its intelligence areas finish researching, and again when you:
edit the brief, including adding or removing a deliverable,
edit the project instructions,
upload files to a project that has a brief.
While it's working you'll see Suggesting next tasks…. Projects started from a brief proposal also get one draft per deliverable you accepted.
Good to know
Drafts belong to the project, so starting or dismissing one removes it for everyone in the project.
If you'd rather write your own task, type it in the prompt box at the top of the project.
