What are Projects?
A Project is like a folder for all your tasks related to a specific client, campaign, or topic. It can live on its own or inside a Workspace (if linked) and gives your agents shared context and files to work with.
Creating a Project
Go to Projects in the left sidebar and click New project in the top right, or open a Workspace and create a project directly from there
Give it a name
Add brief context, upload files, connect to workspace, and set the project visibility (see below)
Click Save
When you create a project, you choose whether it's open or closed by checking the visibility box.
Open — visible to everyone in your organization. Anyone can find it in the Projects and join it.
Closed — private to you by default. Share the project URL directly with specific people to give them access without making it visible to the whole organization.
Inside a Project
A Project page brings together everything you need to do client or campaign work in one place.
Title and context — the brief or description of what the project is about that you set when creating the project
Prompt input — this is where you start new tasks. Type what you need, and Multiply will start the task right away
Overview
The Overview card shows the essentials of the project at a glance: the Workspace it belongs to, how many files have been uploaded, and who owns it. Click the file count to see the uploaded files directly.
Task drafts
Once you've added context to a Project, Multiply automatically generates task drafts based on that material. They appear under Drafts and represent the work Multiply recommends starting with. Click a draft to start that task, or dismiss the ones you don't need.
Recents
Recents shows the tasks you've most recently worked on inside this Project, so you can pick up where you left off without hunting through your Flows.
Intelligence
The Intelligence panel summarizes what Multiply has analyzed from your project context across four areas: Audience, Brand, Culture, and Category.
Each area has a summary of the current knowledge, and surfaces Gaps and Opportunities you can turn into task drafts. Intelligence reruns whenever you add new files to your project, so the overview stays current.
Project context and files
Context and files set at the project level are automatically available to agents across all tasks in that project. You don't need to repeat background information in every prompt.
Adding files also triggers Intelligence to rerun, so the overview in the right panel stays current as your context grows.
To add context or upload files:
