Every workspace is like your own client director in Multiply, that researches its client's world on a weekly schedule and proposes work you could take to that client. Both live on the workspace Overview tab.
Workspace Intelligence
Multiply researches the client behind the workspace and files what it finds under three sections: Market, Trends and Competitors.
You see the top items in each section, with the rest behind an expander. New findings are marked as new, and every item carries a link to its source, so you can check it before repeating it to a client.
You don't have to wait for the weekly run. Press Run now and Multiply researches the client again straight away and updates what it has found.
Brief Proposals
From the same weekly research, Multiply drafts brief proposals per workspace. Each one is a short pitch for a piece of work, with a draft brief, suggested deliverables, and the sources behind it. A brief proposals become a Project inside of Multiply when accepted.
Open a proposal and you can:
Add custom instructions that take effect when starting the project
Edit the brief by manually clicking on each field
Accept or reject deliverables
Start it as a project in Multiply, with the brief already attached
Save it for later
Nothing is sent to your client, and nothing is created until you open a proposal and start it yourself.
Good to know
Research and proposals runs automatically on a weekly basis
Both features work best on workspaces that already hold real client context: files, guidelines, and a written description of the relationship.
