What is a Brief?
Multiply automatically generates a structured brief for every project.
When you create a new Project in Multiply and upload your files, we analyze your materials and instructions and generate a Brief — a structured summary of your project — automatically.
What's included in a Brief?
The Brief is built from your uploaded files and any instructions you provide. It gives you and your team a clear, structured overview of the project scope, objectives, and key details — all in one place.
How to get started
Create a new Project in Multiply.
Upload your files and add any instructions.
Save the project.
The Brief generates automatically as part of the intelligence analysis. No extra steps needed.
Where to find your Brief
Open your project and go to the Overview section. Your Brief is there, ready to review.
How the Brief powers your agents
The Brief isn't just a summary it provides valuable context for your agents to work from. When you work on tasks inside a project, the agents use the Brief as context to understand your goals, constraints, and materials. This means every task they help with is informed by the full picture of your project, not just the individual prompt.
Export or regenerate
You can export the Brief as a PDF or Docx at any time. You can also regenerate it — for example, after adding new files or updating your instructions.
