Integrations

Written by Oskar Malm Wiklund

Multiply connects to the data sources and tools your team already uses. Here's what's available and how each integration works.

File upload

Upload documents, presentations, images, and spreadsheets directly to a Project, Workspace, or Task. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, and common image formats. Uploaded files are analysed automatically and made available as context for your agents.

Gmail

Connect your Gmail account to bring email context into your Tasks. Gmail content is always private — visible only in your own personal Tasks, never shared with your organisation or colleagues.

To connect Gmail, go to Settings → Integrations and follow the OAuth flow.

Outlook

Connect your Microsoft Outlook account for the same private email context in Tasks.

To connect Outlook, go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Outlook.

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Multiply supports MCP in two directions:

  • Inbound — access Multiply's context from Claude and other MCP-compatible tools

  • Outbound — Multiply can search and act in external tools via MCP connections

Sharpr (The Future Laboratory)

If your organisation uses The Future Laboratory's Sharpr platform, Multiply can connect to it directly. Agents can:

  • Search Sharpr articles and use them in research and report workflows

  • Mix Sharpr content with web sources and other integrations simultaneously

API keys are stored with AES-256 encryption and are not accessible to Multiply staff after entry.

Contact your account manager to set up the Sharpr integration.

REST API

Multiply offers a REST API for programmatic content upload, enabling mobile apps or browser extensions to push context into your Projects. Contact support for API access.
