Integrations let your agents read from the tools your team already uses, inside Tasks. You manage them all from one page.
Where to find it
Click Integrations in the sidebar, under Organize work. You can also get there from your account: click your name in the bottom left, then Manage personal connections.
Pick a tab: Organisation or Personal.
Click Connect next to a service and follow the sign-in steps. You'll land back on this page with a confirmation.
Organization vs. personal connections
Personal - your own accounts, such as your Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Only your agents can use them. Anyone can add a personal connection.
Organisation - accounts shared with everyone in the organization. Every member's agents can read through them. Only organization admins can add or remove them; everyone else can see what's connected.
Data your agents fetch through a connection can end up in a task that other people see, so only connect accounts whose data you're allowed to share.
Available integrations
Gmail - search and read your inbox, and draft emails.
Outlook - search and read your mailbox, and draft emails. Available to selected organizations.
Connected apps - HubSpot, Google Calendar, Pipedrive and thousands more, read-only. Available on selected plans. See Connected apps (HubSpot, Google Calendar and more).
Meeting recordings - transcripts from Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls. In beta.
Where they work
Email search works in private tasks only, so your mail never shows up in a shared project. Drafting emails works everywhere.
Connected apps work in any task you start, private or in a project. They aren't used in scheduled workflow runs.
Disconnecting
Click Revoke next to a connected mailbox, or Disconnect next to a connected app. Your agents stop using it straight away. Reconnecting needs a fresh sign-in.
FAQ
Can Multiply change anything in my connected tools?
No. Agents only read. Email drafts open in your mailbox for you to review and send yourself.
My Microsoft account won't connect.
Outlook works with Microsoft work and school accounts. Some organizations require an IT admin to approve new apps first. If you see "Couldn't connect", ask your IT admin.
Where does my data go?
Connected apps are reached through a US-based sub-processor, so data read through them leaves the EU. See Security & Privacy.
