Connect your Outlook mailbox so Multiply can find context in your email and draft emails for you.
Note: Outlook is available to selected organisations and works with Microsoft work and school accounts. If you don't see it under Integrations, ask your Multiply contact.
How to connect
Click Integrations in the sidebar and open the Personal tab.
Next to Outlook, click Connect.
Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access in the window that opens.
You'll see Outlook connected when it's done. You can connect more than one mailbox, and revoke any of them from the same page.
What you can do with it
Search your mailbox. Ask Multiply to look through your Outlook email and it pulls the relevant conversations, attachments and calendar invites in as context.
Draft emails. Ask Multiply to write a reply or a new message. It shows the draft in the chat, often in a few styles to choose from.
If Multiply wrote more than one version, use the Style tabs to switch between them.
Click Open in Outlook. The draft is created in your mailbox and opens in a new tab, ready for you to review and send. Or click Copy to paste it elsewhere.
Multiply never sends anything on your behalf. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for Multiply and click Open in Outlook again.
Where it works
Searching your email works in private tasks only, so your mail never shows up in a shared project.
Drafting emails works in both private and shared tasks.
Each mail search covers one mailbox. If you've connected both Gmail and Outlook, say which one to look in.
