API inputs and outputs are automatically removed from AI provider systems after 30 days.
Private vs. organisational data
Multiply keeps two categories of data strictly separate:
Private data (Gmail, Outlook, meeting recordings) — visible only in your personal Tasks. Never accessible to your organisation, your team, or Multiply staff.
Organisational data (uploaded files, web crawl, integrations like Sharpr) — shared across your Workspace and Projects, available to your team.

AI providers
All AI providers used by Multiply are SOC 2 compliant.
API keys
When you connect third-party services such as Sharpr, your API keys are stored with AES-256 encryption. Multiply staff cannot access your keys after entry.
