When a task has several deliverables, you can export them all in one go instead of one at a time. Use the Export all button at the top of the Deliverables panel, next to the X.
Copy all deliverables
Open the Deliverables panel and click Export all in the top right.
Choose Copy text to copy every deliverable as formatted text, ready to paste into Word, Google Docs or an email.
Or choose Copy markdown to keep headings and bullet points for tools that use markdown.
The deliverables are copied in the order they appear on the canvas. Each one comes under its own title with its sources, and a divider separates one deliverable from the next. Copied appears beside the button when the copy is done.
Download all deliverables
Click Export all.
Choose Download PDFs or Download Word files. Multiply saves one file per deliverable, numbered in canvas order, for example 01 Market overview.pdf.
If your browser asks whether to allow multiple downloads, choose Allow.
While the files download, Multiply shows its progress beside the button, for example Preparing 2 of 5…, then how many files it downloaded.
Good to know
Export all appears once at least one deliverable is ready. Deliverables that are still running aren't downloaded, and the menu tells you how many are ready, for example 3 of 4 deliverables are ready.
In a copy, a deliverable that has nothing to export keeps its place. Its title appears with a short note, so no deliverable goes missing without you noticing.
Downloaded PDF and Word files keep the inline references and list the sources at the end, as a single deliverable's export does.
To export just one deliverable, use the download icon on that deliverable. See Exporting deliverables.
FAQ
Only one file downloaded.
Your browser probably blocked the other downloads. Allow multiple downloads for Multiply in your browser's site settings, then click Download PDFs or Download Word files again.
It says "Downloaded 4 of 5, 1 failed".
One deliverable couldn't be exported. Try that deliverable's own download icon. Very large deliverables can't be exported as files. Use Copy markdown instead, or ask Multiply to split the deliverable in two.
