Work in Multiply is shared through projects. Invite teammates to your organization, then share a project with them, or move a task into one.
Invite a teammate
Click Team in the sidebar.
Click Invite.
Enter their email, first name and last name, then click Send.
They get an email with a link to join and show as Invitation pending until they sign up. Anyone in the organization can invite teammates. New teammates join as members. See Logging in and accepting invitations.
Shared and not shared projects
Shared project - anyone in your organization can find it under Projects and join it. Tick Shared project when you create the project, or later in its settings.
Not shared - not listed for anyone else. Teammates in your organization can still open it if you send them the project link.
Join a shared project
Click Projects in the sidebar.
Open the Discover tab. It lists shared projects you haven't joined yet.
Click Join.
Projects linked to a workspace work the same way. The workspace's Projects tab only lists projects you've already joined, so join new ones from Discover.
Share a private task
Tasks start out private. To share one, move it into a project.
Click Tasks in the sidebar, then the ⋯ menu on the task's row.
Click Move, pick the project under Destination and click Move.
You can also click the share icon in the top right of an open task. Only the person who created a task can move it. See Private and shared tasks.
Share with a client
Clients don't log in to Multiply. Export the blocks you want to send as Word or PDF, using the download icon on the block. See Exporting deliverables.
FAQ
Can I choose exactly who has access to a project?
Not yet. You can't pick members, see a member list or leave a project. To keep a project to a few people, leave it not shared and send the link only to them.
Can my team see my workflow results?
Not yet. Workflow results are private to the person who created the workflow.
How do I make someone an admin?
Ask your Multiply contact or support. Admins can't promote other admins themselves yet.
