Deep Researcher is a research assistant in Multiply, designed to handle complex research across and up to hundreds of sources at once.

How it works

  • Deep Researcher takes your prompt, then creates a research plan at the top of the page

  • It then delegates to the relevant agent(s), and executes tasks one after another or in parallel over time.

  • You can prompt the assistant while it’s working to add details, update the plan, or adjust direction.

  • It can run multiple research tasks in parallel, so you don’t have to wait on one result to start another.

Understanding the research

  • Research is organized into blocks, with each block representing part of the task.

  • A single chat on the left is connected to all blocks.

  • Click the purple button in the bottom-left corner to start chatting with the assistant.

  • You can ask the assistant to update block content, delete blocks, or duplicate blocks.

  • Press the purple button for Show/Hide for easier reading

Sources and files

  • Click on any sources in the top right of the block to see a detailed breakdown and the agent’s analysis.

  • Upload files at the top or simply via drag-and-drop to include your own material in the research.

Finding your work

  • All research projects are saved and accessible from the left sidebar.

Deep Researcher helps you stay in control while it goes deep—across sources, tasks, and time.
