What are templates?

Templates are reusable workflows that follow a structured process. They are shared across your organization so that you and your colleagues can benefit from creating standardized processes for various types of repeatable work. Templates are great for media monitoring, debriefing client material, or following a specific research process.

How to create a template

  1. Simply start a new flow either from the main view or by clicking "New flow" in the left menu.

  2. Click the History button above the block and put {{}} brackets around the text that you want to be able to specify each time you run the template. Click the checkbox to the right to save.

  3. Once you're done building your template, simply click the Save as template button and give it a fitting name.

  4. When you go to your project overview, you'll now see your new template on the main screen. Simply click the template and fill in the fields to start running the template.
