What are templates?

Templates are reusable workflows that follow a structured process. They are either shared across your organization so that you and your team can benefit from creating standardized processes for various types of repeatable work.

To create a Template simply type in your main goal for the workflow, and before that upload any relevant files or add any web sources, and then press Create Plan.

Our planner agent will help you delegate prompts or tasks to the available agents and set up a plan. When you have one you like, simply press Run tasks.

Step-by-step: How to create and use Templates

  1. Navigate to Template in the left sidebar

  2. Click on either New Private or New Shared

    1. It can be nice to validate your own template before sharing it with your team, so maybe start with a private one

  3. Type in your Main goal for the template

    1. Before that, remember to upload any relevant files or add any relevant web sources

  4. Press Create plan to get a suggestion from the planner agent of the agents and steps needed

    1. Not happy? Try updating your prompt and press Create plan again.
Or press + New task to manually add an additional task.

  5. Once happy with the plan press Run tasks. A new private flow will be created where the plans is being executed in a sequence, block by block.

Every task created is connected to an agent and will correspond with output in a block. In other words, think of every task as a prompt that will result in a specific output, be it research or strategic insights. The planner agent will help you prompt initially, but you can always change them manually if you want.
