Invite user to a project

How to invite someone to join a shared project. There are two ways to share a project with someone in your organization. One way is to make it publicly available to anyone in your organization. The other way is to share a direct link.

Make the project public to anyone in your organization

  1. Head to your projects homepage.

2. Click the settings icon in the top right

3. Set the project to joinable.

Anyone inside your organization will now be able to find the project by going to the projects overview in the menu. Once someone has joined a project, it will show up in their list of available projects.

To browse publicly available projects, click the browse button in the top right corner and from there you can join any available projects in your organization.

Sharing a direct link

You can also share a project by simply copying and pasting the link in your browser. The link will include the name of your organization, followed by a unique ID. Below is an example of a project link.

The link can be shared even if the project is not publicly available in your organization. This allows you to share private projects to selected people. However, they won't be able to join them and see them in their projects list. They will have to access the project via the link every time they want to get back to the project.
